Easy DIY Balsamic Vinaigrette

Homemade balsamic vinaigrette is simple, flavorful dressing that elevates any salad, grilled vegetables, or even a marinade. Making your own allows you to control the ingredients, ensuring a fresh, balanced taste without unnecessary preservatives or additives.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • optional – 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a small bowl or mason jar, combine the balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Slowly whisk in the olive oil while continuously stirring, or shake vigorously if using a jar, until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened.

Bottle of Graza Olive Oil

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. If the dressing is too tangy, add a bit more olive oil or honey to balance the flavor.

Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake or whisk before serving.
